Step 1: Quote
Customer makes inquiry regarding their desired vehicle. Urban Imports responds with a free
estimated quote.
Step 2: Deposit

After receiving the quote, customer pays a deposit for Urban Imports to check the availability and
condition of the vehicle.
If the vehicle's availability and condition fails to meet requirements, and the customer decides not to
proceed with the purchase, the customer is entitled to a full refund of their deposit.
The standard deposit is $1000; however, we may request a higher deposit for more expensive
vehicles.
Step 3: Payment
Customer is satisfied with the received estimated quote, availability and condition of the vehicle,
Urban Imports will initiate payment for the vehicle.
Step 4: Shipping
After confirmation of payment, we will dispatch all required import documents through our courier services (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, DMS) to your designated address.
Vehicle shipping typically takes anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks upon arrival.
Step 5: Receive your vehicle:
Receive your vehicle at your designated address or compliance centre. Enjoy your
new ride!
